Services Description

digitalStratify.co provides Salesforce consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Salesforce implementation and customization
• Data Cloud integration and management
• Agentforce deployment and configuration
• Revenue Operations (RevOps) optimization
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud consulting
• Training and ongoing support

Service Agreements

Specific services will be governed by separate written agreements between digitalStratify.co and the client. These agreements will outline:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Fees and payment terms
• Responsibilities of both parties
• Confidentiality provisions

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on the digitalStratify.co website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of digitalStratify.co or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Data

Clients retain all rights to their data and content. We will not use client data for any purpose other than providing agreed-upon services, except as required by law.

Work Product

Upon full payment, clients will own the deliverables created specifically for them. digitalStratify.co retains ownership of pre-existing materials, methodologies, and tools used in service delivery.

Fees and Payment

• Fees for services will be specified in individual service agreements
• Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and confidential information exchanged during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

• Our services are provided "as is" without additional warranties
• We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
• We are not responsible for third-party software or platforms (including Salesforce)
• Results may vary based on client implementation and usage

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, digitalStratify.co shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Amounts exceeding fees paid for the specific service in question

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold digitalStratify.co harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for fees for services already provided
• We will return or destroy client confidential information as requested
• Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration or litigation in New Mexico courts as a last resort

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
