All support services are delivered remotely via web conferencing, phone, email, and chat. This allows us to provide faster response times and eliminates travel costs.

Monthly Hours

Monthly hours do not roll over to the next month. Unused hours expire at the end of each billing period. Additional hours can be purchased at the discounted rate shown for each plan.

Response Times

Response times vary by plan tier. Elite plan includes 2-hour SLA for critical issues, Diamond includes 4-hour SLA. All plans include email support within 24 hours.
